There are 18 principal upanishads.<\/p>\n<p>On searching harder I got these 2 videos explaining &#8220;Who am I&#8221; using Mundaka Upanishad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eGKFTUuJppU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F0dugc4TrlE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In all honesty I am not the write guy to write summery of these, i would request you to watch both the videos &amp; understand from it.
