No one is that busy, responding is not the priority. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Would it not be easy to respond and \u201creply we are not interested?\u201d <br>\nWould it not save back and forth time of communication?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My friend in sales business says, 70% of his time gets to spend in follow up.
