In my limited learning, building an organization has three levers.
- Company: The first and foremost is the company itself. It is the founders, team, and principles with which the company exists. This lever defines or provides oxygen to the company. In most occasions, the company make or break because of it.
- Customers: Build your company to solve customers’ pain and get paid in return. Your customers help you in product discovery and future customer outreach. It is them who will be your champions. Keep customers as closer.
- Competitors: The factor of competitors differs from business to business. So you have to identify your moat and execute it. In our journey, it has been solving customers’ pain and providing the best service as a moat against our competitors.
