Your ace engineer in a team will deliver with or without you doing the pep talk or putting them on a delivery treadmill. They are aware. They will deliver.
The same goes for most lovers or companions, or partners. They should care, help and empower each other. The togetherness is about making the world better for both. It’s not about screaming or letting the world know about themselves.
Unfortunately, we are not living in an ideal world but on the internet and social media. Everything has become an Instagram reel. We are living for real than in reality. We are not living on the unsaid but carrying a loudspeaker.
