Successful organizations are built with responsible and efficient talent.
Efficiency comes with drive and freedom. You can build armory of talented individual contributors, but if they are not a team player, it will hamper the organization.

The more I read and realize about building an efficient team, it boils down to every next hire we make. What has worked for us is finding people with empathy and ability to work as a team and deliver independently.
