trust

Capitalism has put trust in the back seat. Old days we had a family physician, butcher, or milkman. They cared for us, and we trusted them with their quality of service. With time we are merely limited to buying or consuming. There is a pure transaction at play.

We are just another face paying for the service. The service provider is busy making money. The trust factor is limited, and we have to be lucky to get quality service.

We are in the era of mass production for profitability, and trust has a limited role at work.
