reality

Do we craft our own reality?
Is it not we who define our perception and how we react? Your reality might be imagination for others or vice versa. So how do we know what is real and unreal?

Should we give up pursuing our reality because it is unreal for the world? Should we become a slave to the perception of others?

What would have happened to the airplane, lightbulb, and uncounted innovation if those inventors had believed in the perception of others?

We have one life, and the reality is ours. We should keep dreaming and building what is unthinkable for others.

confidence

With confidence, we can win over challenges in life. Most of us lack confidence, and, as a result, they give up without trying. It means a good chunk of us who are confident has less competition.

Our life is limited; most die with fear, pessimism, and not trying. It torments them from the inside and makes them bitter.

I keep hearing stories of not trying the idea for a startup. Failed to express love to a best friend. And over a few glasses, opening up and crying. For what good?

We look for results even before taking the first step, which is trying with confidence.

Efficiency

Successful organizations are built with responsible and efficient talent.
Efficiency comes with drive and freedom. You can build armory of talented individual contributors, but if they are not a team player, it will hamper the organization.

The more I read and realize about building an efficient team, it boils down to every next hire we make. What has worked for us is finding people with empathy and ability to work as a team and deliver independently.

An organization can never be efficient if one person has to take all the shots and others following them.

closet

I have gotten at peace with realizing that I am living like a traveler and this life is full of co-travelers in various forms: friends, partners, competitors, and foes. We merry, celebrate and laugh. We get back to travel mode.

It’s our option to cherish those memories or cry and celebrate the moment.

I think the best life is a life without keeping anything in our little closet of memories.

Pagal

Pagal hai tu Aisa kahte hai duniya usess. Duniya ko wo pagal kehte phirta hai. Kya sab ke sab pagal hai.

Pagal ke pagalpan me ek mayusi se hai, kuch na hone ki khusi hai aur pal ko is pal me jine ka gurur.

Kitne pagal hai hum sab Jo us pagal ke tareh pagal ho jiye ja rahe hai. Kitne pagal hai hum ko mohtaaz hai kisi aur ke apne khusi ke liye.
Kitne pagal hai hum bhage za rahe hai is duniya ke bhagduur me sabkuch paane ke liye.
Hum itne pagal hai ki khud ke he nai Hai.

Phir bhi hamara pagalpan to dekho uss ablee insaan ko pagal bata uska mazzak ura rahe hai jo zindagi ko apne Marzi se bekhauff ziye ja raha hai.

guilt

It is better to die fighting than living with guilt that you could have fought and won. Our limited life on this planet puts us in multiple scenarios where we can fight or escape taking sides on a personal or professional front.

Those who run away from regret for life while fighting even after losing live with peace.

Guilt is a disease and kills us slowly. It’s better to lose by trying rather than keep guilt for the life of not trying enough.

I have been part of many battles on a professional and personal front, lost gracefully. I have ensured living without any guilt.

growth

Modernization and mass migration’s side effect: we are leaving our culture and tradition behind. Visiting most north Indian villages will show a gloomy picture as most youths are out in the metros leaving behind their ailing parents, wives, and children.

The country’s growth has shrunk in the metros where we are all flocking. Is it not unhealthy for any county’s economy?

de-clutter

We live in a connected world with infinite notifications, nudges, and pings. It gets overwhelming at times how to de-clutter from this. We, humans, are not built to multi-task or juggle between things. We are doing it and getting sick.

Everything around us is becoming difficult because of this de-clutter. If you want soap, choices at a departmental store will confuse you. The same applies to apparel shopping or eating at a restaurant.

Is there an end to it? Do we need mobile or non-mobile hours for peace of mind? Do we need to know and remember what to buy and eat to save ourselves and our sanity?
